Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing our repair service, before bringing your HiFi in for repair, here's some information on how it all works -

There is no charge for initial diagnosis, and we will ensure to let you know if your equipment is worth repairing, or if it works out to be more cost effective to replace it.

Repair Timeframe -

The estimated repair timeframe may vary depending on if your equipment needs new parts, and the availability of those parts. While we aim to complete repairs within 4-6 weeks from the date of receipt, this timeline is not guaranteed.

Notification and Collection -

You will be contacted once your equipment is repaired using the contact information you provide. We will hold your equipment for a maximum of 2 weeks from the date of notification.

Storage Fees - 

If your equipment is not collected within 2 weeks, an additional storage fee of £3 per day will be charged and added to your bill.

Uncollected Items - 

If the equipment remains uncollected for more than 6 weeks from the repair completion date, we reserve the right to sell the equipment to recover outstanding fees.
